WATER RESTRICTIONS?

With most of NSW drought declared there still is a small oasis that is not experiencing water restrictions.

Uralla and Armidale, although the grass is brown and the rain is not falling, have not been put on water restrictions.

In these times where most councils are imposing water rationing, I think the residents of both areas are grateful to the local councils for their foresight in town planning.
