| Do tenants have to pay a bond and if so how much?
The amount of bond you pay will depend on the following;
The equivalent of 4 weeks rent for unfurnished properties
The equivalent of 6 weeks rent for furnished properties with a rent of $250 or less per week
Unlimited amount if property is fully furnished and the rent is over $250 per week |
