| Are the tenants allowed to keep pets?
If you intend keeping pets advise the landlord / agent as soon as possible. Certain properties, such as Strata title units prohibit the keeping of any pets.
If the landlord /agent agrees to a tenant keeping pets at the property, the tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the pets. |
