| How do you calculate how much rent is paid to the owner?
Your tenant has an obligation to pay their rent on or before the day set out in the agreement.
Any rent collected on your behalf is retained in an Agents trust account pending reconcilliation.
Amounts held in the trust account are paid to an owner on a prescribed day of the month, less any outgoings paid on the owners behalf and any management fee the Agent is entitled to be paid. |
