Should the property require any repairs, the tenant is to advise the landlord /agent as soon as possible.

At the time of advising the repair, the tenant should also give the landlord / agent access arrangements for the tradesperson.

The landlord / agent will then arrange for an appropriate tradesperson to attend to the repair.
