The other person on the lease has moved out, what do I do?

Ask your landlord / agent for a change of shared tenancy form to transfer the bond into the name of the remaining party.

The party to the agreement that has moved out will need to authorise the transfer.

Speak to your landlord /agent to make sure they update their records.  It may be in your best interests to sign a new lease in your own name.
